当法律教育面临挑战--来自海峡对岸的启示

Against today’s background of globalization, each country is facing many common problems in legal education. Especially in Taiwan the historical and cultural traditions have the same source with the Chinese mainland, and both have the continental law system. The origins of the law, legal education systems, and social environment are also very similar in Taiwan and the mainland. Therefore, the Taiwan legal educational reform and the thoughts arising from the reform will bring us beneficial enlightenment.%在当今全球经济一体化的国际大背景下，世界各个国家或地区在法律教育方面都面临着很多共同的问题。特别是海峡对岸的台湾地区，不仅历史文化传统上与大陆同根同源，而且由于同属大陆法系，在法律渊源、司法制度、法律教育体制以及社会环境等方面也有诸多相似之处，因此，海峡对岸的台湾地区在法律教育面临挑战时所采取的应对措施，也为大陆法界同仁带来许多有益启示。
