高校网球教学中不同评价方式对女大学生体育锻炼行为的影响研究

     

摘要

文章以北京林业大学4个女生网球初级班学生为研究对象,采用教学实验法和数理统计法,对过程性评价和终结性评价的实验效果进行检验.实验结果表明,不同评价方式对网球初级班女大学生的体育锻炼行为影响不同,主要表现在女生的体能、技能和体育锻炼态度上. 过程性评价可以提高实验班女生下肢弹跳力和一般耐力,提高学生技术学习能力,提高其技术掌握的熟练性和准确性. 在培养学生体育锻炼态度方面更具有优势,在行为态度、目标态度、行为认知、行为意向、情感体验等维度上均显著优于传统终结性评价模式.%In order to promote a reform of the curriculum and evaluation system for physical education in Chinese universities, a teaching experiment was conducted by Beijing Forestry University to evaluate the effect of process assessment and final assessment in female college students who enrolled in junior tennis classes. The process assessment was used in two experiment classes and the final assessment was used in two control classes. The independent t-test was used to evaluate the group differences between the experiment and control classes in physical fitness tests, tennis technique tests and exercise attitudes. After the experiment, students in the experiment classes performed better in the 800 meters running test, the standing long jump test and in tennis techniques, and showed more positive attitudes toward exercise (behavioral attitude, objective attitude, cognitive behavior, intentional behavior, emotional experience) than the students in the control classes. It is suggested to use process assessment more in the physical education of Chinese universities.
