With the advent of knowledge competition era, knowledge-core technology innovation has become a key strategic resource for the survival and development of enterprises. First, this paper deconstructs the process of enter-prise technological innovation with the theory of knowledge materialization. Accordingly, the theoretical framework for measuring enterprise technology innovation based on technical contribution is proposed, and the relationship be-tween technical contribution and indicators such as industry chain location and age of enterprise is analyzed. Second, the measurement method of technical contribution is designed on the basis of its operational definition. Finally, an empirical study of listed companies in the LED industry is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed op-erational definition and measurement method, which includes multivariate statistical analysis and hypothetical testing. The result shows that the operational definition of technical contribution can distinguish the technical characteristics of different products, and the methods that characterize enterprise technology innovation with technical contribution are scientific and feasible.%随着知识竞争时代的来临,知识资产已成为企业发展的基础战略资源和技术创新力的重要组成部分.本文首先从知识经济的角度出发,通过借助知识物化理论对企业技术创新过程进行分析和解构,建立了基于技术贡献度的企业技术创新力测度框架,并分析了技术贡献度与产业链位置、年龄这两个影响企业技术创新力的特征指标的相关关系;其次,在对技术贡献度进行操作化定义的基础上,设计出技术贡献度的测度方法;最后,以LED领域上市公司为实证研究对象,借助多元统计分析方法,分别通过基本统计和假说检验两部分,对上述操作化定义和测度方法的有效性进行验证.结果表明,本研究中对技术贡献度的操作化定义能较好地区分不同类型企业产品的技术特征,同时,技术贡献度用于表征企业技术创新力的方法也具有一定的科学性和可行性.
