数字图书馆环境下信息有用性和信息获取影响因素研究——信息获取自我效能的调节效果

摘要

数字图书馆是传统图书馆在现代信息环境下的延伸和变革,已成为科研、教学和学习的重要信息源.本文以精细加工可能性模型为理论基础,研究数字图书馆环境下信息有用性和信息获取的双路径影响因素.首先构建了研究模型,以数字图书馆的信息质量作为中枢路径,以数字图书馆的信源可信度和数字图书馆的声誉作为边缘路径,分析了中枢路径和边缘路径在信息获取自我效能的调节下对信息有用性的影响,并探讨了信息有用性和对数字图书馆的依恋如何影响用户使用数字图书馆获取信息.然后,采用在线问卷调查的方式,搜集了347份有效问卷,并利用偏最小二乘结构方程建模方法对数据进行分析,对本文的研究模型进行验证.研究结果发现,数字图书馆的声誉和信源可信度显著正向影响信息有用性,信息质量对信息有用性的影响被数字图书馆的声誉所弱化;同时,信息获取自我效能正向调节信息质量对信息有用性的影响,负向调节信源可信度对信息有用性的影响.另外,信息有用性进一步显著正向影响用户使用数字图书馆获取信息的行为,该行为也同时受到用户对数字图书馆的依恋的正向影响.%Digital libraries are the extension and innovation of traditional libraries, having become important infor-mation sources in support of research, teaching, and learning. Based on the theory of elaboration likelihood model, the current study explores the dual route impacting factors of information usefulness and acquiring information. First, the research model was developed, exploring the effect of the central route (information quality of digital libraries) and the peripheral route (source credibility of digital libraries and reputation of digital libraries) on information use-fulness with self-efficacy in obtaining information as the moderating variable. The research model also explores the effect of information usefulness and attachment with digital libraries on digital library usage for obtaining informa- tion. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was conducted and 347 valid data were collected. The partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis to test the research model. The results revealed that both source credibility and reputation have a significant effect on the information usefulness, whereas the effect of infor-mation quality on information usefulness is overpowered by reputation. Moreover, self-efficacy in obtaining informa-tion positively moderates the impact of information quality on information usefulness and negatively moderates the impact of source credibility on information usefulness. Furthermore, information usefulness has a significant positive effect on digital library usage for obtaining information, which is also impacted by the attachment to digital libraries.
