改良直视下尿道扩张术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨改良直视下尿道扩张术治疗尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月～2016年6月收治的尿道狭窄患者30例，设为观察组，接受改良直视下尿道扩张术治疗，与常规接受盲视下尿道扩张术治疗尿道狭窄的患者（对照组）对比治疗效果。结果①观察组排尿改善28例，对照组排尿改善23例，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②观察组最大尿流率为（15.0±2.9）mL/s，对照组最大尿流率为（14.3±3.1）mL/s，组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论改良直视下尿道扩张术治疗尿道狭窄有效率高，可明显改善患者排尿情况，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of urethral dilatation with modified direct vision in the treatment of urethral stricture.Methods During January 2015 to December 2015, 30 cases of patients with urethral stricture were set as the observation group, they were treated with urethral dilatation with modified direct vision, the treatment effects were compared with the patients who were given urethral dilatation with blind vision in previous years. Results①28 cases were improved in the observation group, 23 cases were improved in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The effective rate of urethral dilatation with modified direct vision in the treatment of urethral stricture is high, it can improve the urination of patients, and it is worth popularizing.
