目的 探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清中的表达及临床意义.方法 选取糖尿病视网膜病变患者37例,其中增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者(PDR) 12人,无视网膜病变糖尿病患者(NPDR) 14人.无DR的糖尿病患者(DR0)患者11人,以及正常人9人.ELISA法检测血清HMGB1水平,分析各组HMGB1与Hb、血糖、血脂之间的关系.结果 糖尿病患者的HMGB1水平均高于正常人,PDR组和NPDR组均显著高于DR0组(P＜0.01),PDR组显著高于NPDR组(P＜ 0.01).HMGB1和HbACl呈正相关(r=0.736,P＜ 0.01),与空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和总胆固醇无显著相关性.结论 HMGB1参与了DR的炎性反应,其升高可能与糖代谢异常有关.%Objective To investigate the levels of serum HMGB-1 in the diabetic retinopatliy patients and explore the clinical significance. Methods A total of 37 diabetic patients,included PDR( n = 12),NPDR(n =14) and DR0(n =11) and 9 healthy individuals were recruit-ed,and fasting blood samples were obtained. High-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1 ) were assessed by ELBA. HI), FBG, total cholesterol (TC),TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels were determined. Results levels of the HMGB1 were significantly elevated in diabetic patients compared with those in healthy controls (P < 0.01 ). HMGB1 concentrations were also significantly increased in PDR compared with NPDR and DR0. The HMGB1 levels were correlated with the levels of HbACl, (r =0.736,P> 0.05). Conclusion The results showed that the increased ex-pression of HMGB1 participated in the proinilammatory state of diabetic retinopathy, which might be related to the hyperglycaemia.
