近红外光成像技术检测认知任务期间正常人额叶氧合血红蛋白水平的变化

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the hemodynamic characters of prefrontal cortex in response to verbal fluency test (VFT) by using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) in normal individuals. Methods Test of NIRS (Hitachi ETG-4000) with phonemic fluency tasks was carried out to 74 right-handed volunteers (male=38, average age 39.81±1.82 year old and average educational duration 14.30±0.63 year; female=39,average age 37.77±1.60 and average educational duration 14.15±0.64). There were statistic differences of age and educa-tional duration between male and female group. Results In prefrontal cortex,the oxygenated hemoglobin values of eleven channel were sig-nificantly different (P < 0.01) at 5-10 second after test began compared with values of baseline. Conclusion VFT can be used for pre-frontal cortex function investigation by using MRS.%目的 采用脑功能定量成像装置仪,探讨正常人言语流畅性检测方法及其额叶激活状态的特点.方法 74名右利手健康被试者采用音位流畅性方法进行近红外光成像技术检测,其中男性38名,平均年龄(39.81±1.82)岁,平均受教育年限(14.30±0.63)年;女性39名,平均年龄(37.77±1.60)岁,平均受教育年限(14.15±0.64)年.男女被试者年龄、受教育年限差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结果 被试者以给出的字为首说出的平均单词数为4.07±1.15,额叶11个通道的测试开始后5~10s与测试开始前5 s比较,氧合血红蛋白平均值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 这种正常人言语流畅性检测方法可用于近红外光成像技术检测.
