Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy)level,C677T polymorphism in MTHFR gene and cerebral microbleeds (CMB).Methods:Patients were divided into CMB group and non-CMB group according to the imaging data.Clinical informations and related laboratory tests were collected.Peripheral blood was collected to measure plasma Hcy level and C677T polymorphism in MTHFR gene on the next day after admission.Results:A total of 131 patients were included,66 patients were in the CMB group and 65 patients were in the non-CMB group.There were no significant differences between the CMB group and the non-CMB group in clinical features,related laboratory tests and plasma homocysteine (Hcy)level [(14.91±6.68)μmol/L vs.(17.46±13.51)μmol/L,P=0.383],as well as the distribution of CT and TT genotypes and the distribution of C and T alleles.Spearman correlation analysis showed that plasma Hcy level (rs=-0.114,P=0.196),MTHFR C667T genotype (rs=0.030,P=0.74)and allele distribution (rs=0.022,P=0.73)had no significant correlations with CMB.Conclusion:Plasma homocysteine level and C677T polymorphism in MTHFR gene are independent of cerebral hemorrhage.%目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及MTHFR基因C677T多态性与脑微出血(CMB)的关系.方法:根据患者影像学资料,将患者分为CMB组及非CMB组,收集各组患者临床及相关化验结果资料,并在入院后次日抽取空腹静脉血测定血浆Hcy水平及MTHFR基因C677T多态性.结果:共入组131例患者,其中CMB组66例,2组间临床特点及相关检验结果无显著性差异;CMB组和非CMB组平均Hcy水平无显著性差异[(14.91 ±6.68) μmol/L对(17.46±13.51)μmol/L,P=-0.383],MTHFR C667T位点CC、CT及TT基因型分布和C和T等位基因的分布均无显著性差异.Spearman相关分析显示,Hcy水平、MTHFR C667T基因型及等位基因分布与CMB均无显著相关(均P>0.05).结论:血浆Hcy水平和MTHFR C677T基因多态性与脑微出血无关.
