论当代中国国家治理的价值取向

摘要

从当代中国的发展现状以及未来的发展趋势看，实现多元使命互动、多元主体共赢和多元利益互惠，是推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的主要价值取向。在当代中国，应当将改革塑造成维护人民权利的创新，将发展治理成可持续性的进步，将稳定打造成按照法治方式进行的治理，实现多元使命的良性互动；应当促进社会阶层的流动性，公共权力主体配置更加多元化，实现多元主体的共赢；应当从根本上解决国家利益、社会利益和公民利益的合法存在问题，特别是要保护各种利益的存在基础，实现多元利益的和谐。%Seen from the development current situation and the future development tendency of contemporary China,the main value orientation of promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity is to realize the interaction of diverse missions,the win-win of diverse subjects,and the reciprocity of diverse interests. In contemporary China,we should make reform the innovation of maintaining people’s rights,transform development into sustainable advancement,and translate stability into governance by law,thus realizing the sound interaction of diverse missions;promote the mobility of social classes and diversify the subjects of public power,thus realizing the win-win of diverse subjects;and solve the legal existence of national interest,social in-terests and individual interests,especially,protect the existence foundation of various interests,so as to realize the harmony of diverse interests.
