综采工作面隔尘空气幕纵向安装角合理确定的研究

摘要

The hazard of the dust to the mine workers was pointed out, and the met hod protecting the mining machine driver from the dust is also described in this paper. Firstly, the districts of the air curtain was established, and then, the computer calculation of the installing angle of the isolatingdust air curtain was carried out based on the district ideas. The analysis result about the installing angle of the air curtain is below or equal to 15°.The analyzing result reduced the testing steps and cut down the engineering test costs. The industrial testing results in Gequan Coal Mine of Xingtai Mining Industry Group Ltd have proved that the analysis results in this paper are correct.%指出粉尘对作业人员的危害，描述了综采工作面应用空气幕隔尘技术保护采煤机司机的方法.提出综采工作面空气幕隔尘分区的概念，在此基础上进行了隔尘空气幕纵断面方向安装角度的计算机分析，得到有利于粉尘隔离的空气幕安装角度不大于15°.研究过程及结果减少了现场工业性试验环节，节省了费用.经工业性试验证明了安装角确定方法的合理性和正确性.
