从法律层面探讨西部地区“走出去”面临的困境及应对措施

From the oversea investment of Chinaˊs western areas,by analysis of the legal risk of western areasˊoversea investment,this paper discusses the reason for the difficulty of western areasˊoversea investment and proposes the coun-termeasures of promoting western areasˊenterprisesˊ〝Going Out〝from the perspective of law.%在经济全球化的大背景下，中国西部地区经济在面临来自全球的挑战的同时，也获得了新的发展机遇，“走出去”成为许多企业的必然选择。本文从中国西部地区的对外投资入手，通过分析西部地区境外投资面临的法律风险，探讨西部地区境外投资面临困境的原因，从法律层面上提出促进西部地区企业“走出去”的应对方法。
