Objective:To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of Sanhuang Granules and Sudai-sanhuang Granules on foot swelling model and cotton ball granuloma model.Methods:Wistar rats were used to establish foot swelling model and Kunming mice to establish cotton ball granuloma model. The laboratory animals were respectively lavaged with Sanhuang Granules and Sudai-sanhuang Granules to observe their anti-inflammatory effects. Results: The inhibitory effects of Sudaisanhuang Granules on albumin-induced foot swelling in rats and cotton ball granuloma formation in mice were obviously better than Sanhuang Granules (P< 0.05). Conclusions: The anti-inflammatory effects of Sudai-sanhuang Granules on foot swelling model and cotton ball granuloma model are superior to Sanhuang Granules.%目的::比较三黄颗粒与素代三黄颗粒对足跖肿胀和棉球肉芽肿模型的抗炎作用。方法:Wistar大鼠建立足跖肿胀模型,昆明小鼠建立棉球肉芽肿模型,各组大鼠、小鼠分别灌胃给予三黄颗粒和素代三黄颗粒,观察二者的抗炎作用。结果:素代三黄颗粒对新鲜蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠棉球肉芽肿形成的抑制作用明显优于三黄颗粒,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:素代三黄颗粒对足跖肿胀和棉球肉芽肿模型的抗炎作用优于三黄颗粒。
