Synthesis of Nitrogen-Doped Graphene via Thermal Annealing Graphene with Urea

     

摘要

化学的做是一个有效方法内在地修改 graphene 的化学、电子的性质。我们建议一条新奇途径综合经由有脲,氮来源能在是的热退火的 graphene 的做氮的 graphene controllably 由改变退火的温度和时间免除了脲。象热稳定性一样的做的 N 内容和配置 N 也与 X 光检查光电子光谱学和拉曼系列被评估。电的大小显示做的 graphene 的传导性能很好与 N 内容被调整。方法被期望为许多潜在的应用生产大规模和可控制的做 N 的 graphene 表。
