钟山书院创立成功原因考——兼论雍正元年的书院政策

In the first year of Yongzheng Reign, the Qing court implemented a policy of restricting academies.However, Zhongshan Academy was established in Jiangning at that time.Cha Bina, viceroy of Liangjiang, grasped the historic opportunity and made efforts, which might be the main reason for its establishment.From this case, it is found out that every policy has its process of brewing, formulation and implementation.Its important time node needs more meticulous investigations.%雍正元年,清廷实施了严厉限制书院发展的政策,而钟山书院此时却在江宁成功创立.钟山书院的创建,主要是两江总督查弼纳把握了历史契机并展开各方面运作的结果.从钟山书院这一事例可以看出,任何政策都有其酝酿、制定与实施的过程,而其中的重要时间节点则需要进行更细致入微的考察.
