地方高校办公自动化系统实施中的问题及应对策略

摘要

Recent years,Office Automation ( OA) system is widely used in local colleges and Univer-sities.It provides information service for the administrative management of colleges and Universities,enhan-cing the office efficiency and saving the office expenditures.However,there are still some problems with it at present.The paper puts forward an analysis of such common problems and recommends some countermeas-ures:to strengthen the training of personnel,to upgrade or replace the software,and to pay attention to securi-ty problem and step up the promotion of use.%近年来，办公自动化（ OA）系统在各地方高校得到推广使用，为高校行政管理提供信息服务、提高办公效率、节约办公经费等作出贡献。但在实际应用中仍存在一些问题。文章分析了高校办公自动化系统实施过程中的常见问题，并提出强化人员培训、升级改造软件、注意安全防护及加强推广应用等针对性策略。
