通心络防治高血压肾损害研究

摘要

The incidence of hypertension increased year by year. Hypertension has become one of the major threats to human health,which can lead to kidney damage,left ventricular hypertrophy,retinopathy,cerebrovascular disease and other target organ damage. Hypertensive renal damage is the changes of renal structure and function caused by elevated blood pressure,Elevated urinary albumin may be the indicator of the early renal damage. Previous studies have found that Tongxinluo can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with renal damage,improve en-dothelial function and reduce microalbuminuria. The prevention and treatment effects of components of Tongxinluo on hypertensive renal damage will be talked about in terms of mechanism.%高血压可导致左心室肥厚、肾损害、视网膜病变、脑血管病等多种靶器官损害。高血压肾损害是由血压升高导致的肾脏结构损伤和功能改变，早期可表现为尿微量白蛋白升高。研究发现，通心络能降低高血压肾损害患者血压，改善内皮功能、降低尿微量白蛋白。
