鲑降钙素与注射用骨肽联合超声药物透入治疗老年骨质疏松腰背痛的临床比较

摘要

Objective To evaluate the curative effect, of caicitonin and ossotide combined with physical treatment on osteoporotie bone pain in elderly patients. Methods A total of 85 senile osteoporosis patients were treated with calcitonin or ossotide, at the same time, two groups combination with physical treatment. Bone pain was assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS)at 1.3 days and 1,2 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment, VAS scores were significantly decreased and clinical symptoms were obviously relieved in both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion Ossotide can relieve osteoporotic bone pain in elderly patients.especially in combination with physical teralmenl.%目的 观察鲑降钙素与注射用骨肽联合超声药物透入对老年骨质疏松患者腰背痛的治疗效果.方法 将85 例老年骨质疏松患者随机分为鲑降钙素组(43 例)与注射用骨肽组(42 例),分别给予鲑降钙素和注射用骨肽注射液治疗,两组同时联合超声药物透入治疗,治疗后第1 天、第3 天、第1 周和第2 周定期评估患者自我疼痛评价评分(VAS 评分).结果 两组患者治疗后VAS 评分较治疗前均明显下降(P＜0.05),临床症状均明显减轻.结论 注射用骨肽对缓解老年骨质疏松腰背痛效果明显,联合超声药物透入治疗临床效果更佳.
