抗骨质疏松治疗对老年性颈椎病患者经皮激光椎间盘减压术后生存质量影响的研究

摘要

目的 研究抗骨质疏松治疗对老年性颈椎病患者在经皮激光椎间盘减压术后生存质量的影响.方法 将参与研究的老年性颈椎病患者随机分成观察组与对照组,两组同时采用经皮激光椎间盘减压术疗法,观察组在术后进行抗骨质疏松治疗.术后的随访采用SF-36简明健康调查量表并测量骨密度值,对患者的随访持续24个月.结果 观察组与对照组的生存质量较之术前均有改善,观察组的生理健康维度改善程度显著高于对照组.结论 对老年性颈椎病患者在颈椎病治疗的基础上加用抗骨质疏松药物治疗,可以在一定程度上改善中远期生存质量.%Objective To study the effect of anti-osteoporotic therapy on life quality of elderly patients with cervical spondylosis after percutaneous laser disc decompression.Methods Elderly patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both two groups received percutaneous laser disc decompression,and the observation group received additional anti-osteoporotic therapy after surgey.The short form-36 health survey and assessment of bone mineral density were used during the follow-up period of 24 months.Results The life quality of both control group and observation group was improved in comparison with before surgery.And the physical health in observation group was improved significantly than that of the control group.Conclusion The cervical spondylosis treatment added with anti-osteoporotic therapy can probably improve the quality of life in elderly patients in the long term.
