溶胶-凝胶法低温合成硅酸锆粉体的研究

     

摘要

Zircon powders were prepared by the sol-gel method using sodium silicate and ammonium zirconium carbonate as raw materials, and LiF as a mineralizer. The effects of the preparation process on the synthesis were investigated. The phases and micro-morphology of product samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and so on. The results show that the synthesis temperature of ZrSiO4 without mineralizers is as high as 1100 °C, while with LiF as a mineralizer, zircon is formed at a temperature as low as 650 °C. As the temperature of the heat-treatment increases, the diffraction peak intensity of zircon is gradually increased. Zircon is fully synthesized at 750 °C with a good degree of crystallinity.%以硅酸钠(Na2SiO3?9H2O)和碳酸锆铵((NH4)2ZrO(CO3)2)为原料,LiF作矿化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备硅酸锆粉体.本文研究了制备工艺条件对其合成的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对实验样品进行物相及显微形貌分析.研究结果表明:在没有添加矿化剂的情况下,ZrSiO4的合成温度高达1100℃左右;而在添加矿化剂LiF的情况下,前驱体经650℃热处理后,样品的XRD图谱开始出现ZrSiO4的衍射峰,继续提高热处理温度,ZrSiO4衍射峰强度逐渐提升.当热处理温度为750℃时,ZrSiO4已充分合成,结晶程度良好.
