本文选取我国日用陶瓷领域具有代表性的企业作为分析样本,通过对其专利保护策略的分析,全面了解了我国日用陶瓷企业在专利申请及运营方面的状况.分析表明,1995年至2014年间我国日用陶瓷企业专利申请量稳步上升,专利申请类型以外观设计为主,专利运营方式以内部转让为主.本文着重分析出现这种情况的原因,并为今后日用陶瓷领域企业制定专利保护策略提出了建议.%In this paper, representative enterprises in the field of domestic ceramics are selected as analysis samples. Through the analysis of their patent protection strategies, a comprehensive understanding of the status of China's domestic ceramic enterprises in the patent application and operation is obtained. Analysis shows that, in 1995 to 2014, China's daily-use ceramic enterprises saw an increase in the number of patent applications, particularly for protecting the appearance design; the patent marketing mode was mainly internal transfer. The reasons for this situation are also analyzed, and suggestions on the development of patent protection strategies for enterprises in the field of domestic ceramics are put forward.
