右室流入道间隔部螺旋电极导线与心尖部翼状电极导线起搏阈值随访分析

摘要

目的：对比植入右室流入道间隔部螺旋电极导线与右室心尖部翼状电极导线2组患者的起搏阈值。方法：于植入时、植入后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月测试起搏阈值，平均随访12个月(3～24个月)。结果：随访期间阈值无明显差别。结论：应用螺旋电极导线固定于右室流入道间隔部永久起搏是可行的。%The aim of this study was to investigate the long-term pacing threshold of active fixation lead in right ventricular inlet septal pacing compared to passive fixation in right ventricular apex.Fifty-two patients received dual-chamber pacemaker.The patients were subdivided into two group according to the type of ventricular lead:group 1(23 patients,pacesetter 1388 active lead)and group 2(29 patients,pacesetter 1474 passive lead).Stimulation thresholds were assessed for both 1/2 month,1 month,3 months,6 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months after implantation.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Thus,the results suggest that active fixation lead in right ventricular inlet septal is feasible.
