运动训练结合针刺对坐骨神经损伤大鼠肌力和神经纤维恢复的影响

         

摘要

Objective To compare the effect of exercise training ,acupuncture therapy ,exercise training combined with acu‐puncture on sciatic nerve injury of rat muscle force and nerve fiber recovery to provide a reliable reference for the rehabilitation of patients with peripheral nerve injury .Methods Seventy‐five SD mice were divided randomly into five groups including con‐trol group ,exercise training group ,acupuncture group ,exercise training combined with acupuncture group and sham operation group .Sciatic nerve injury models in rats were made by forceps .The single contractile force and tetanic contractile force of bi‐ceps femoris muscle of different groups rats by electrophysiological were examined .The average changes of nerve fiber regenera‐tion myelin sheath thickness were calculated by electron microscopy .Results Compared with control group ,exercise training group ,acupuncture group and exercise training combined with acupuncture group could increase the single contracton force and tonic contraction force of electrophysiological detection ,and the latter was higher than exercise training group and acupuncture group .Compared with control group ,other group could increase the average value of the myelin sheath thickness ,and the aver‐age value of the myelin sheath thickness in exercise training combined with acupuncture group was higher than exercise training group and acupuncture group .Conclusion Exercise training combined with acupuncture could enhance muscle force and neuron fiber recover of mice with sciatic nerve injury .%目的:对比运动训练、针刺疗法、运动训练结合针刺疗法对坐骨神经损伤大鼠肌力和神经纤维恢复情况的影响,为周围神经损伤患者的康复治疗提供可靠的参考依据。方法将75只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、运动训练组、针刺组、运动训练结合针刺组、假手术组,钳夹法制造大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型。于造模后第3、4、5周电生理检测不同组别大鼠股二头肌的单收缩力与强直收缩力,通过电镜观察计算再生神经纤维髓鞘厚度的平均值变化情况。结果运动训练组、针刺组及运动训练结合针刺组肌肉的单收缩力和强直收缩力均高于对照组,其中,运动训练结合针刺组高于运动训练组和针刺组。运动训练组、针刺组、运动训练结合针刺组三组的髓鞘厚度的平均值均高于对照组髓鞘厚度平均值,运动训练结合针刺组的髓鞘厚度平均值高于运动训练组和针刺组。结论运动训练结合针刺疗法可更好地促进SD大鼠的肌力和神经纤维的恢复。
