文拉法辛联合心理干预对重度抑郁症患者的康复影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨文拉法辛联合心理干预对重度抑郁症患者的康复影响。方法选择我院收治的重度抑郁症患者82例，将其随机分为观察组43例、对照组39例，对照组给予文拉法辛治疗，观察组给予文拉法辛联合心理干预治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后 HAMD 评分、CGI-SI 评分、SDSS 评分情况及不良反应。结果治疗12周后，观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者 HAMD 总分、CGI-SI 评分及 SDSS 评分无显著差异（P ＞0.05），治疗4周、8周、12周两组患者 HAMD 总分、CGI-SI 评分及 SDSS 评分均较治疗前显著降低（P ＜0.05），且治疗8周、12周观察组患者 HAMD 总分、CGI-SI 评分及 SDSS 评分显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组患者口干、恶心呕吐以及头昏等不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论文拉法辛联合心理干预能够有效促进重度抑郁症患者的康复，明显改善患者的抑郁情绪，值得临床推广和运用。%Objective To investigate the effect of severe venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention on the rehabili-tation of patients with depression.Methods Eighty-two cases of severe depression in our hospital were randomly divided for observa-tion group with 43 cases,the control group with 39 cases.The control group was given venlafaxine in the treatment,the observation group given venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention and compared two groups of clinical curative effect,cure the HAMD 、CGI-SI and SDSS score before and after treatment and the adverse drug reactions.Results 12 weeks after treatment,observation group,the clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05);treat-ment of the two groups before HAMD total score,CGI-SI scores and SDSS scores of no significant difference (P >0.05),treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks,two groups of patients with scores of HAMD,CGI-SI scores and SDSS scores were compared with those before treatment was significantly lower (P <0.05)and treatment of 8 weeks,12 weeks observation group with scores of HAMD, CGI-SI scores and SDSS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05);two groups of patients with dry mouth,nausea,vomiting and dizziness,the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the difference had no statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention can effectively promote the rehabilitation of severe depres-sion patients,significant improvement in patients with depression,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
