先天性十二指肠膜状闭锁32例临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨先天性十二指肠膜状闭锁的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法：单纯隔膜切除24例，隔膜切除加结肠后胃空肠吻合2例，隔膜切除加Ladd手术6例。结果：痊愈28例，死亡4例。随访20例，最长3年、最短5个月症状消失，营养发育良好。结论：腹部立位片有“双泡征”和经胃肠道造影检查可帮助确诊；隔膜切除是最有效的治疗方法。%Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of congenitalmembrane atresia of duodenum.Methods:Twenty-four patients were performed membrane resection,2 underwent membrane resection and gastrojejunostomy from posterior colon and 6 received membrane resection and Ladd's operation.Results:Twenty-eight cases were cured and 4 died.Twenty cases were followed-up from five months to three years.Their symptoms disappeared,and they all came on well.Conclusions:The presence of double bubble sign in abdominal evect plain film and gastrointestinal series can help the diagnosis.Membrane resection is the best therapy for congenital membrane atresia of duodenum.
