计算机X线摄影在新生儿床边摄片中降低X线剂量的探讨

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of computer X-ray in decreasing X-ray dose during the chest bedside photograph of the newborn. Methods: One hundred newborns irradiated by FUJI-IP with mobile bedside X-ray machine and 100 images were obtained. All newborns were randomly divided into group A and group B(50 cases each group). Group A and B were irradiated with the lowest and conventional mAs, respectively. The radiation doses, picture quality and minute structure of the image of two groups and its value of clinical application were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results:The radiation doses of group A and B were(0.029 5 ± 0.030 57) mSv and(0. 135 1 ±0.036 27) mSv, respectively, which difference was statistical significance (t =15. 74,P 0.05). Conclusions: Utilizing the existing equipments, the radiation dose can be decreased by altering projection condition of bedside photograph, which does not affect the diagnosis.%目的:探讨计算机X线摄影在新生儿床边摄片中降低X线剂量的临床应用价值.方法:使用移动式床边X线机,选取新生儿患者100例,随机分为A、B组,每组50例,用FUJI-IP板进行照射,得到100张图像,A组以最低毫安秒(mAs),B组以常规mAs对新生儿进行床边摄片,分别记录、测量2组摄影的X线辐射剂量,对其图像质量、细微结构、临床应用价值进行统计学分析.结果:A组辐射剂量为(0.029 5±0.030 57)mSv,B组辐射剂量为(0.135 1±0.036 27)mSv,A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.74,P0.05),2组图像细微结构比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:利用现有设备,在不影响诊断的情况下,改变新生儿床边摄片的投照条件,降低辐射剂量是可行的.
