证候热力学研究初探

摘要

The authors discussed the internal relevance between TCM syndrome theory and thermodynamics theory, expounded in detail the basic principle, methods, techniques, approaches, characteristics and advantages in the research of TCM syndromes with thermodynamics method, and raised the concept of syndrome thermodynamics research. They also gave the examples of syndrome thermodynamics typical cases, evidence-based research and infrared imaging in literature and reports of TCM studies for proofing the scientificity of syndrome thermodynamics research.%论述中医证候理论与热力学理论的内在关联性,详细阐述采用热力学方法研究中医证候的基本原则、方法、技术、手段,以及热力学方法研究中医证候的特点和优势等,提出证候热力学研究概念.并举证典型的证候热力学病例、证候热力学循证研究及红外成像中医研究的文献报道,对证候热力学研究的科学性进行佐证.
