紧凑型静电分离器脱水性能实验研究

         

摘要

The compact electrostatic separator developed by Cameron was a high efficient and compact device for the dehydration of oil emulsion,which made the oil emulsion coalescence and separation through the pipe based on the concept of "coalescence,while settlement". The influence of voltage,frequency,flow and separator angle on the dehydration rate of emulsion were studied via the experimental device of flat "H"type compact electrostatic separator.The results show that larger voltage can enhance the dehydration rate,which decreases when the voltage exceeds the optimal value.Dehydration rate reduces with the increase of flow value and reduces sharply beyond the specific value.The influence of frequency on the dehydration rate is relatively small within the high frequency.The dehydration rate increases with the increase of the separator angle,while it declines above 50°,so the best angle is around 50°.%紧凑型静电分离器是由Cameron公司研发的一种高效紧凑的原油电脱水设备,基于"边聚结、边沉降"的理念使原油乳化液在管道内完成聚结和分离过程.通过所建立的扁平"H"型紧凑型静电分离器实验装置,研究了电压、流量、频率和分离器倾角等参数对油水乳化液脱水率的影响.结果表明:在一定范围内,增大电压能提高脱水率,但超过最优值,脱水率将降低;增大流量会降低脱水率,超过一定值时,脱水率会急剧降低;在高频范围内,频率的变化对脱水率的影响相对较小;增大分离器倾角能提高脱水率,但超过50O后脱水率会下降,最佳倾角在50O左右.
