关于北京市中学校园引进“驻校社工服务机制”的必要性与可行性分析

当前北京市中学学校社会工作者的缺乏凸显出社会工作者进驻中学校园的必要性。国家建设和谐社会的政策引导,北京市创新社会管理的制度支持,学校以及相关教育行政部门对社会工作者进驻学校的鼓励,都为社会工作者进驻学校提供了保障。学校社会工作者进驻北京市中学校园既是社会工作发展的历史必然,更是北京市中学阶段青少年健康成长的现实需求,兼具实施的必要性与可行性。%Currently, the lack of social workers at middle schools in Beijing highlights the necessity for social workers to be sent there. The guidance of the country＇s policy of building a harmonious society, the support of the system of innovative social management in Beijing and the encouragement from schools and related educational and administrative organs provide guarantee for social workers to enter middle schools in Beijing. The entrance is historically inevitable to develop social work. It is all the more the practical requirement of teenagers＇ healthy growth at middle schools in Beijing. It is both necessary and feasible for social workers to be stationed in these schools.
