小切口阑尾切除术临床应用与分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and application of small incision appendectomy. Methods:108 patients undergoing appen-dectomy from April 2009 to July 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and the operative effect was observed. Results:All 108 patients were successful-ly operated, the operation time was shorter, and there was no postoperative infection phenomenon. All patients' post-operative pain was not seri-ous, and the proportion of patients'use of analgesics was low. All the patients received suture removal at 6 d after the operation. The average hospi-talization time of the study was 7 d, and the small incision scar was not obvious, and there were no deaths. With Follow-up for 1 year, all patients recovered well. Conclusion:Small incision appendectomy is of better effect, shorter operation time, and high recovery rate, and it is recommended in clinical practice.%目的：：分析小切口阑尾切除术的临床效果和应用。方法：回顾性分析了2009年4月到2011年7月进行阑尾切除术的患者108例,观察患者的手术效果。结果：所有108例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间较短,且术后无感染现象。所有患者手术后疼痛情况不严重,患者使用止痛药的比例较低。所有患者在手术后6d均拆线。本研究患者平均入院时间为7 d,小切口瘢痕不明显,没有死亡病例,均痊愈出院。随访1年,所有患者康复状况良好。结论：小切口阑尾切除术效果较好,手术时间较短,康复率高,建议在临床上推广。
