目的:探讨无缝隙护理干预在鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中的临床应用价值.方法:选择鼻窦炎手术患者 160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施无缝隙护理干预,比较两组的临床治疗效果、术后住院时间、病情控制时间以及生活质量情况.结果:观察组总有效率为93.75 ％(75/80),高于对照组的 78.75 ％(63/80)(P＜0. 05);观察组患者的术后住院时间以及病情控制时间均短于对照组(P＜0. 05);观察组患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:无缝隙护理干预在鼻窦炎手术围术期护理中具有显著的临床应用价值,可以提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量.%Objective:To study the clinical value of seamless nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of sinusitis surgery. Methods:160 cases of sinusitis surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given seamless nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, postoperative hospitalization time, disease control time and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75 ％ (75/80), significantly higher than that of the control group 78.75 ％ (63/80) (P＜0.05). The postoperative hospitalization time and disease control time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P＜0. 05 ). The scores of physical function,emotional function,role function and social function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:The seamless nursing intervention has significant clinical value in perioperative nursing of sinusitis surgery,which can improve the clinical treatment effect and the quality of life of patients.
