提高宣传思想文化工作科学化水平研究——保定市基层宣传思想工作科学化水平调查与思考

摘要

propaganda thought cultural work is an important part of the Party＇s work.Improving scientific level of propaganda thought cultural work,is not only the inevitable demand of fulfilling the Scientific Development Concept and 17 the Fourth Plenary Session spirit,but also needs for new development challenge proposed by the times and the guarantee of the initiative.At present,there are at least three aspects to be fully paid attention to improve scientific level of grassroots propaganda thought cultural work.Firstly,strengthen the basic construction and improve the system,establish and perfect the new period propaganda thought cultural work network.Secondly,seek for the effective means and the carrier,and implement the people-oriented thoughts,choose standard publicity thought cultural work starting point.Thirdly,according to actual situation of locality,highlight regional characteristics and try to grasp the universal law of propaganda thought cultural work.%宣传思想文化工作是党的工作的重要组成部分。提高宣传思想文化工作科学化水平，既是贯彻落实科学发展观和十七届四中全会精神的必然要求，也是适应形势发展需要、应对时代发展提出的新挑战、掌握主动权的重要保障。现阶段，提高基层宣传思想文化工作科学化水平，起码应在三方面上下好功夫、做好文章。一是加强基础建设，健全各项制度，建立和完善新时期基层宣传思想文化工作网络；二是努力寻求有效手段和载体，贯彻以人为本思想，选准做好宣传思想文化工作的切入点；三是结合本地实际，突出地方特色，努力把握基层宣传思想文化工作的普遍规律。
