我国推行'以房养老'的原因及措施研究

摘要

我国人口老龄化呈现出"未富先老"、速度快等特征,再加上家庭结构的变化使我国面临严峻的养老问题,给现有的养老保障体系提出了挑战,必须要挖掘新的养老资源,"以房养老"就是多层次养老保障的有益补充."以房养老"对不同的主体都能产生积极的效应,而且我国已经具备推行"以房养老"的各方面基础,因此,探究在我国推行"以房养老"的举措具有重要意义.%China is facing serious pension issues because the Chinese population is rapidly aging with the characteristics of"getting old before getting rich", coupled with changes in family structure, which posed a challenge to the existing old-age insurance system. We have to find new pension resources, while"house-for-pension scheme" is such a good supplementary for multi-level old-age insurance system."House-for-pension scheme" can have a positive effect on different subjects, and we have many aspects of basis for the implementation of the"house-for-pension scheme". Therefore, putting forward some supporting policies of the implementation of the"house-for-pension scheme" in China plays a valuable role.
