混合动力公交车的驾驶性和经济性的优化开发

     

摘要

A new method and process for the development and optimization of hybrid bus were built to improve the drivability and fuel economy for a hybrid bus. Based on Chinese typical City Bus Driving Cycle (CCBC) and the city part of adapted world transient vehicle cycle (C-WTVC), the parameters of engine torque and motor torque on target hybrid bus were adjusted. After the optimization, the bus's fuel consumption is reduced greatly (12.8% under the city part of C-WTVC and 23.5% under CCBC) without sacrificing drivability. Therefore, the bus's powertrain efficiency is improved significantly, and the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction is realized. This method can also be used to optimize vehicle performance according to customer's actual road spectrum.%为优化某型混合动力公交车的驾驶性、经济性,改善节油性能,开发了相关的方法和流程.以整车性能目标为导向,以中国重型商用车辆瞬态循环(C-WTVC)的市区部分和中国典型城市公交循环(CCBC)2种工况为基础,优化了已定配置的该车发动机扭矩特性、电机扭矩特性和扭矩协调管理.使用此方法优化该车后,在满足驾驶性的前提下,C-WTVC循环市区部分整车油耗下降12.8%,中国典型城市公交循环整车油耗下降23.5%.因而,提高了动力系统效率,实现了节能减排.该方法也可用于用户实际运行线路路况的车辆性能优化.
