北京政府时期安徽疫病流行与社会应对

摘要

北京政府时期,安徽属于疫病流行严重地区。军阀混战下,官方主导的医疗卫生体系未能建立起来。社会对疫情的控制更多的要依赖教会医院、红十字会、私立医院、诊所和个人行医者,绅商团体等非官方力量;政府也在社会疫情防控中发挥了一定的作用,诸多社会力量在共同构成了北京政府时期安徽社会对疫病流行的应对。%During the Peking government period,Anhui province had a serious epidemic.At the same time,the warlords fought each other and the official medical and health system was not perfect.Therefore,the control of the epidemic more depended on church hospital,Red Cross private hospitals,individual doctors,business groups and other non-official powers.The government also played a certain role in the treatment and control of the epidemic.All these formed the responses to the epidemic in Anhui province during the Peking government period.
