特警队员反恐心理素质训练探析

摘要

Swat team members are the backbone of the current domestic anti-terrorist conflicts. In order to improve the members’ ability to fight terrorism, anti-terrorism training is an important way, whose important content is the psychological quality training. According to the requirements of psychological training on anti-terrorism, the training contents should include observation, memory, thinking ability, willpower, and adventure training. In order to achieve the goal of strengthening the team psychological quality, it is expected to take such scientific training methods as dynamic training method, simulation method, classified training method, and penetration training method.%特警队员是当前国内反恐处突的中坚力量，反恐训练是提高特警队员能力的重要途径，而心理素质训练则是反恐训练的重要内容。根据反恐心理训练的要求，制定以观察力、记忆力、思维力、意志力、冒险力为主的训练内容，针对这些训练内容采用能动训练法、模拟训练法、分步分类训练法、结合渗透训练法等方法进行科学的训练，以期达到强化特警队员心理素质的目的。
