[ Object ] To analyze the gastrodin content in wild and cultivated Gastrodia elata BI. in Tibet. [ Method ] HPLC was used for determine the gastrodin content in Gastrodia elata Bl.. [ Result] The content of gastrodin in cultivated Gastrodia elata was in the range of 0.41 2.28 g/kg, and the average content was 0.88 g/kg, 4 times higher than the wild ones. [ Conclusion] Based on the similar ecological environment, growth period and harvest season, the quality of cultivated Gastrodia data was superior to that of wild ones. Popularizing cultivation technology of Gastrodia elata is of great practical significance and high economic value.%[目的]分析西藏仿野生种植天麻Gastrodia elata中天麻素含量,并将其与野生天麻中天麻素的含量进行对比.[方法]采用HPLC测定天麻素含量.[结果]西藏波密县仿野生种植天麻的天麻素介于0.41~2.28 g/kg,其平均含量为0.88 g/kg,比当地野生天麻高4倍.[结论]在生长的生态环境、生长年限、采挖季节相同或较接近情况下,仿野生种植天麻品质高于当地野生天麻.在波密县推广仿野生种植天麻技术切实可行,该项目有较强的经济价值.
