粮食种植类家庭农场主职业能力培养——基于江苏省泰州市的调查

摘要

阐述了泰州市《家庭农场工商注册登记办法》中家庭农场认定产业规模标准,通过问卷、走访、统计分析等方法,重点分析了1 050个家庭农场和37家省级示范性粮食种植家庭农场基本情况,形成职业能力培养六大模块,包括农业生产能力、农场和农业生产全程管理能力、信息处理能力、农产品营销能力、对外合作能力、自我提升发展能力.就职业能力培养提出教育培训、经费保障、信息服务、产学研结合四大机制.%The standard of industrial scale of family farm in the Household Farm Industrial and Commercial Registration Regulations in Taizhou was described.The basic situation of 1050 family farms and 37 provincial demonstration grain planting family farms was analyzed by questionnaires,interviews,statistical analysis and other methods.The six modules of vocational ability training are formed,including agricultural production capacity,farm and agricultural production process management ability,information processing ability,agricultural product marketing ability,foreign cooperation ability,self promotion development ability.Four mechanisms of education and training,fund guarantee,information service and combination of production,study and research were put forward to cultivate the professional ability.
