从学到教:香港音乐教师的本科教育及专业发展

         

摘要

为顺应全球化背景下的国际音乐教育趋势,并结合香港音乐教育的实际情况,近年来香港对音乐教师的本科课程进行了一定深度和广度的改革。香港教育学院文化与创意艺术学系的四年制音乐教育荣誉学士的课程设置及其实践,采用“成果导向学习”教学模式,为准教师制定预期的学习成果,并依照所订立的目标预备有关教学工作;同时强调加强学生的整体学习经验,使他们发展更广阔的国际视野,加强国家和地区间教育范畴之联系,藉此培养具革新意念的教师和音乐家。%Recently, to conform to the trends in international music education in the context of globalization, Hong Kong has carried out reforms of certain depth and width in the undergraduate courses of its music teachers in accordance with the current state of the city's music education. The courses of an honorary BA in a four-year music education program offered by the De- partment of Culture and Creative Arts show that a teaching model of "achievement-oriented learning" is adopted, expected learning results are defined for prospective teachers and teaching is prepared according to the goals defined. Also, the students' overall learning experience is emphasized in the hope that they will develop wider international perspectives, strengthen the ties of educational ideas between nations and regions and become teachers and musicians with an innovative spirit.
