走向对话：成人教育师生关系的重构--基于马丁・布伯对话哲学理论的思考

摘要

Under the traditional mode of indoctrination style education , the relationship between teachers and students of adult education is facing predicament .In the view of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy advocated the relationship of "I - you" of directness ,mutuality and approachability ,also encouraged teachers and students to realize the real dialogue on the basis of having inclusive heart ,a sense of responsibility and the common experience .The relationship between teachers and students is a kind of stimulating the dialogue consciousness of teachers and students ,establishing equal and trust dialogue environment ,using novel dialogue ways ,setting up shared dialogue scene ,which is worthy of our advocacy and reconstruction .%　　在传统灌输式教育方式下，成人教育师生关系面临困境。马丁・布伯对话哲学视野下倡导的是具有直接性、交互性、动态相遇性的“我—你”关系，鼓励师生在怀有包容心、拥有责任感、存在共同经验的基础上实现真实的对话。这种成人教育师生关系，是一种激发师生的对话意识、建立平等信任的对话环境、运用新颖对话方式、设置共享对话情景的对话关系，值得我们倡导与重构。
