成人教育促进女性农民工城市融入研究

摘要

Female migrant workers are vulnerable groups in China .In their process of city integration ,they face greater challenges than male migrant workers . Adult education is one of the effective ways to solve the problems of city integration of vulnerable groups ,which plays an important role in promoting the city integration of female migrant workers .Therefore ,efforts should be made to develop the resocialization of adult education ,and to improve the comprehensive quality of the female migrant workers ,in order to help the female migrant workers better ,faster and really integrate into the city .%女性农民工是我国的弱势群体，在城市融入过程中，她们比男性农民工面临更大挑战。成人教育是促进弱势群体城市融入的有效途径之一，在促进女性农民工城市融入中担负着重要使命。因此，应着力发挥成人教育的再社会化作用，提高女性农民工综合素质，帮助女性农民工更好、更快地适应并真正融入城市。
