高校图书馆学科馆员继续教育问题及对策

摘要

University subj ect librarian needs continuing education to improve the professional knowledge and to strengthen the social service ability,And on this basis to improve the overall service quality and sustainable development of the library.Nowadays subj ect librarians lacks of professional de-velopment consciousness of continuing education,the system and the content of continuing education are being ignored.In order to meet those challenges,University subject librarians should improve the system of continuing education for the professional development of librarians,and to promote the ration-alization of the content of continuing education.In order to change the traditional way of continuing edu-cation,The content of continuing education and the “Library based”training are being pay more attention to.%高校图书馆学科馆员需要继续教育提高专业知识和信息服务能力，以此提高图书馆整体服务质量及实现可持续发展。当前高校图书馆学科馆员继续教育存在继续教育意识淡薄、继续教育保障制度缺失及继续教育方式单一等问题，这阻碍了学科馆员的专业发展。为了应对这些挑战，高校图书馆学科馆员继续教育应采取切实有效的措施。
