装备维修备件供应链评价指标体系构建

摘要

以装备维修备件供应链为研究对象，研究了其组成结构，分析了其运行的本质及过程。参考商业领域供应链评价指标体系，从稳定性、经济性和运行效率3个方面构建了4个层次、12个指标组成的装备维修备件供应链评价指标体系，可为建立装备维修备件供应链定期评价机制、促进装备维修备件供应链的持续发展提供参考。%Taking the supply chain of equipment maintenance spare parts as object of study,the composi-tion structure is proposed,and the nature and working process is analyzed.Reading evaluation index sys-tem of supply chain in commercial field for reference,the evaluation index system of supply chain for e-quipment maintenance spare parts is established,which consists of three aspects such as stability,econo-my and operation efficiency,four layers and twelve indexes.It provides references for establishment of periodical evaluation mechanism and sustained development of supply chain for equipment maintenance spare parts.
