目的：探讨降钙素原在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的应用价值情况。方法：分析2013年3月~2014年6月在英德市人民医院住院治疗的120例AECOPD患者临床资料，用随机数字表分为对照组60例和PCT组60例。结果：PCT组AECO-PD患者抗生素使用时间、住院天数、住院费用均优于对照组，PCT组AECOPD患者临床治疗总有效率和急性加重率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：降钙素原在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的应用，可以为AECOPD抗菌药物的使用提供参考依据，减少抗生素使用强度，减少细菌耐药以及降低医疗费用，具有重要的社会和经济效益。%Objective To approach application value of AECOPD by PCT. Method To analyze 120 cases AECOPD clinical data of hos-pitalization in German city people's hospital from March 2013 to June 2014,They were divided into control group 60 cases and PCT group 60 cases by random number table. Results The antibiotic use time、length of stay、hospitalization expenses of PCT group AECOPD patients were better than control grouop,Total effective rate of clinical treatment and acute exacerbation rate of PCT group AECOPD patients were better than control grouop,the difference were statistical significance( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The application of AECOPD by PCT,which is to be provided reference frame for using of antimicrobial agents,the Antibiotic use intensity is decreased,Bacterial drug resistance and lower its cost is decreased,which is Important social and economic benefits.
