objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of the implementation of bedside care models in elderly hip fracture pa-tients. Method 400 cases of elderly hip fracture patients received surgical treatment of bone were selected as this experimental study,the con-trol group with the basic nursing measures,including condition monitoring,routine inspection and medication guide,the experiment group of patients underwent bedside care mode on the basis of the control group. Results The clinical care effect in the test group was more pro-nounced,the total effective rate was 96. 5%,the differece was statistically significant( P<0. 05);experimental group of patients for hospital care overall level of satisfaction was significantly higher,up to 97. 25%,the differece was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Implementation of bedside care model is conducive condition restored of the elderly hip fracture patients,it is worth of applica-tion and research in clinic.%目的：研究分析实施床旁护理模式在高龄髋部骨折患者中的临床效果和应用价值。方法：选取高龄髋部骨折患者共400例作为研究对象，对照组实施基础护理措施，包括包括病情监测、常规检查以及用药指导；试验组患者则在其基础上进行床旁护理模式。结果：试验组的临床护理效果更加明显，总有效率为96.5%，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；试验组患者对于我院整体护理工作的满意程度明显高于对照组，高达97.25%差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：实施床旁护理模式有利于高龄髋部骨折患者的病情恢复，值得在临床中应用和研究。
