目的：探讨转化生长因子－β1及免疫球蛋白水平检测对慢性肾盂肾炎患者尿毒清颗粒治疗效果评价。方法：选取2013年4月～2014年4月诊治的80例慢性肾盂肾炎患者资料进行分析，采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用肾舒颗粒治疗，试验组采用尿毒清颗粒治疗，比较两组临床疗效，并分析尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾盂肾炎转化生长因子－β1及免疫球蛋白水平的影响。结果：两组患者治疗前转化生长因子－β1、免疫球蛋白水平，如：IgA、IgG 以及IgM水平差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；试验组治疗后转化生长因子－β1显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组治疗后免疫球蛋白水平，如：IgA、IgG 以及 IgM水平，显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：慢性肾盂肾炎患者采用尿毒清颗粒治疗效果理想，能够提高转化生长因子－β1，改善患者免疫水平，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate the transforming growth factor beta 1 and immunological protein level detection of chronic nephritis Uremic Clearance granule in the treatment effect evaluation.Method A total of 2013 April to April 2014 for treatment of 80 cases of chronic nephritis patient data analysis,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, Sheen granules therapy was used in the control group,the experimental group with Uremic Clearance granule,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and analysis of Uremic Clearance Granule on chronic nephritis transformation growth factor beta 1 and im-munological protein levels.Results The two groups of patients before treatment of inflammatory transformation growth factor beta 1, immune globulin level,such as:IA,Egg and Gm levels were not significantly different (P >0.05);experimental group after treat-ment with Egg,significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05);the experimental group after treatment,such as:IA,Gm and levels were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic nephritis by uremic granule is effective in the treatment,can improve the inflammation of transforming growth factor beta 1,improve immune,it is worth populari-zation and application.
