抢救流程图结合情景模拟训练提高手术室护士抢救应急能力的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨抢救流程图结合情景模拟训练提高手术室护士抢救应急能力情况。方法：选取200例手术患者200例临床资料，依据护理方式进行分组，对照组100例和观察组100例。结果：观察组手术患者感染发生率、护理差错发生率均优于对照组，观察组手术患者抢救成功率、平均抢救时间、开通静脉通路时间、满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：抢救流程图结合情景模拟训练可以提高护理人员抢救应急水平，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To approach rescue emergency ability for ORN by save the flow chart and scenario simulation train-ing. Method The clinical data of 200 cases of operation patients was selected,which was divided into two groups:control group 100 cases and observation group 100 cases,according to the nursing mate. Results The incidence of infection、incidence of nurs-ing errors of observation group patients were better than that of control group,the rescue success rate、average to save time、open the venous access time、satisfaction of observation group patients were better than control group,P < 0. 05,the difference were sta-tistical significance. Conclusion The rescue emergency ability for ORN by save the flow chart and scenario simulation training could increase,which is to be used.
