杨志波教授分期辨治黄褐斑

摘要

Chloasma is a common pigment disease in the clinical. Most occurred in women and occurred in the face. The clinical performance is yellow or dark brown patch,which the edge is clear,no scales,nor self-conscious symptom. Clinically,it is easy to diagnose,but difficult to treat. It also was a problem of dermatology,affect beautiful,for the pa-tient has a great influence on psychological and social communication,which reduced the patientˊs quality of life. Men-tor YANG Zhibo,a professor of dermatology,useing traditional Chinese medicine flexible,treating chloasma with clini-cal three phase,and useing peach cream which is made by ourselves to treat Chloasma simple,effective,safe,and clin-ical results lots of success.%黄褐斑是临床一种常见的色素障碍性疾病，多见于女性，好发面部，临床表现为黄色或深褐色斑片，边缘清楚，无鳞屑，亦无自觉症状。临床上易诊难治，是皮肤科的难题，影响美观，对患者心理和社会交往有较大影响，降低患者的生活质量。杨志波教授临床上灵活运用中医中药分三期辨治黄褐斑，并予自制桃花膏治疗，简单、有效、安全，临床上收效颇丰。
