目的 研究温通散眼部热熨对于早期糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果及其对患者眼血流及视网膜内层血液循环状态的影响. 方法 选取我院就诊的132例共198眼3期以内患者作为研究对象,按照随机对照的原则将其分为2组 (观察组及对照组) ,每组66例.2组患者均予血栓通进行治疗,观察组在此基础上行温通散眼部热熨治疗.1个月后对2组患者治疗效果以及眼血流各项指标和视网膜中央静脉血流速度进行评价,观察温通散眼部热熨的治疗效果. 结果 观察组总有效率89%,对照组总有效率76.53%.2组治疗后较治疗前其眼动脉以及视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值血流流速 (PSV) 及舒张末期血流流速 (EDV) 明显增加,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);血流阻力指数 (RI) 降低,视网膜中央静脉平均血流速度明显 (Vm) 增加,其差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组相关指标改善情况优于对照组. 结论 温通散眼部热熨治疗早期DR患者具有较好效果,能够加快其眼部血流流速并改善视网膜循环状态.%Objective To study and explore the effect of hot compress with Wentong powder on the eye in early diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients and the influence on hemodynamics and blood circulation of entorretina. Methods 198 eyes in 132 DR cases within three stages were selected as the research objects according to the randomized controlled principle, the cases were divided into two groups (observation group and control group), each roup had 66 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with thrombus, the observation group was treated with hot compress with Wentong powderon this basis.After 1 month,the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and the indexes of ocular blood flow and the blood flow velocity of central retinal vein were evaluated, observed the therapeutic effect of hot compress with Wentong powderon the eye in early DR patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.53%. Two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment, the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery peak systolic velocity (PSV) and diastolic end diastolic velocity (EDV) increased significantly, between the groups, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The decrease of blood flow resistance index (RI) and the mean blood flow velocity in the central retinal vein (Vm) significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant (mean P<0.05). The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Hot compress with Wentong powder on the eye is effective to treat the patients with DR in the early stage, and it can improve the hemody namics and blood circulation of entorretina
