黄啟金教授治疗乙型肝炎相关性肾炎

摘要

Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis is an invasion of the human body,resulting in a large number of surface antigen immune complexes deposition and adsorption in the glomerular and induced glomerulonephritis.Its clinical manifestations is a large number of proteinuria,microscopic or gross hematuria,hypertension,renal dysfunction and kidney disease of obvious liver damage,it is difficult to treat in the department of nephropathy,there is a growing trend in recent years.Professor HUANG Qijin in the treatment from the spleen,kidney and liver,the basic principle is tonifying kidney,nourishing the liver and invigorate spleen.TCM Treatment of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,nourishing liver and kidney,clearing heat and detoxicating,promoting blood circulation and diuretics for eliminating dampness were summarized.The prescription of Shenkang decoction of Professor HUANG Qijin in clinical application,combined with modem westem medicine of antiviral treatment,protect renal function,which has a better clinical effect.%乙型肝炎相关性肾炎是乙型肝炎病毒侵入人体,产生大量表面抗原免疫复合物沉积并吸附在肾小球内而诱发的肾小球肾炎,其临床表现为大量蛋白尿、镜下或肉眼血尿、高血压、肾功能减退及明显肝损害的肾系疾病,是肾病科的难治病,近几年有不断增长的趋势.黄啟金教授从脾肾肝论治,以补肾养肝健脾为基本原则,总结出了以补肾健脾,滋水涵木,清热解毒,活血利水为主的中医辨证治疗思路,在临床上应用自拟方剂肾康方加减,并结合现代西医的抗病毒、保护肾功能的治疗方法,取得了较好的临床效果.
