铁碳+芬顿+臭氧氧化组合工艺预处理香料废水研究

         

摘要

Due to the spices wastewater was complicated composition,toxicity and difficult to biodegrade,it was difficult to efficient and depth treatment by the single biochemical treatment,so there need some pretreatment technology to assist biochemical treatment technology to meet the treatment requirements.In this paper iron-carbon reduction technology,Fenton oxidation technology,ozone oxidation technology,iron-carbon reduction+ ozone oxidation and Fenton oxidation+ ozone oxidation two combination process,and iron-carbon reduction+ Fenton oxidation+ ozone oxidation three combination process were used to pretreatment the spices wastewater and compare the treatment effect.The experimental results show that the COD removal rate of iron-carbon reduction technology,Fenton oxidation technology,ozone oxidation technology were 38.5%,37.7%,36.7%,respectively.and the iron-carbon reduction+ozone oxidation and Fenton oxidation+ozone oxidation two combination process were 66.4%,59.3%,respectively.and the iron-carbon reduction+Fenton oxidation+ozone oxidation three combination process were get 82.9%,the experimental results show that the iron-carbon reduction+Fenton oxidation+ozone oxidation three combination process could get the requirement of pretreatment the spices wastewater.%香料废水由于其成分复杂、毒性大、难生化降解等原因,直接生化处理难以实现对其快速高效深度处理,需要通过预处理以辅助生化处理工艺达到处理要求;本文通过采用单一的铁碳还原、芬顿氧化、臭氧氧化技术以及铁碳还原+臭氧氧化,芬顿氧化+臭氧氧化,铁碳还原+芬顿氧化+臭氧氧化组合工艺对香料废水进行处理,并对处理效果进行对比,实验结果表明:单一的铁碳还原、芬顿氧化、臭氧氧化技术对COD去除率分别为38.5%、37.7%、36.7%;铁碳还原+臭氧氧化,芬顿氧化+臭氧氧化两段组合工艺对COD去除率分别为66.4%、59.3%;铁碳还原+芬顿氧化+臭氧氧化三段组合工艺对COD去除率为82.9%,结果表明铁碳还原+芬顿氧化+臭氧氧化三段组合工艺能够较好的达到香料废水预处理效果.
